The Difficulty World Cup visits Barcelona again, as it did in 2009. And the event represents the last and final competition of the 2011-season. This will actually be the second World Cup event in the Catalan capital this year as the IFSC Boulder World Cup was arranged in the early summer thoroughly placing Barcelona on the map. Top30 is, thru its partnership with FEDME and IFSC, the actual organizer of these events and has proved over the years that the company masters these tasks and not only the manufacturing of artificial climbing structures. Top30 also took on the challenge of running the World Cup in Amman last month and thus included the Middle East in the "family."  Top30´s involvement in competition climbing goes way back but was further amalgamated when in March Top30 was chosen as the first IFSC Global Partner.
The climbing wall that will challenge the best climbers in the world on Saturday is almost complete and will with its 8 meter overhanging sections prove a real test.
The Spanish Federation has announced that the home team will consist of Ramón Julián (Top30 Team), Eduard Marín (Top30 Team), Victor Esteller, Daniel Moreno, Marco Jubes, Javier Cano and Gerard Rull. Only Marieta Cartró will participate in the female category.
