Top Wave Panel
Top30 takes a big evolutionary step by adding the Top Wave panel to their product range. It is built on the classic Top panel but to a greater extent meets the needs and demands of today´s climbing and climbing wall trends. Top Wave panels are based on 18 mm laminated plywood that incorporates a water resistant treatment to enhance the durability. Also all the rope contact areas are produced with rounded edges to avoid rub strips. Top Wave panels are delivered with 25-40 bolt on holds inserts per square meter.
Top Wave panels are multifaceted and complex and a novel way to create impressive and functional climbing walls. We are using modern computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools and computer-aided design (CAD) programs.
This results in a higher level of finish and precision. The possibility for multiple configurations also eliminates the traditional 45-degree dihedral and the more old fashioned "box-like" designs. The production process also offers as an option different types of surface textures depending on the intended use of the installation.
